HEALING FROM TRAUMA, DISSOCIATION, AND PTSD
Heal. Connect. Thrive.
Welcome. If you’re a trauma survivor, we wish you healing.
The goal of this project, THE ONLY WAY OUT, is to provide inspiration and resources for trauma survivors, including examples of survivors who have healed from deep trauma. This project focuses on the intersection between language, love, and healing, and the many practical ways that survivors heal.
The work is slow. The healing is deep. The rewards are joyful.
The mission is to create a safe place where trauma survivors can share their story, build community, and develop a meaningful vision for their lives. In this way, they may also find a safe space to support each other.
The project’s vision is a world where every survivor of extreme trauma can enjoy a life of dignity, purpose, and meaning.

This project offers a window into another world. The stories, resources and evidence-based healing strategies shared here are intended to promote healing and fulfillment.
Like the chrysalis that becomes a butterfly—an emblem of beauty and liberation—we can grow whole.
Take wing.
And fly.
