Series 1 (Episode 5): Call a Crisis Hotline

In most countries, there’s a suicide and crisis hotline you can call if you want to die. For example, in the U.S. and Canada, if you feel like hurting yourself, or you’re just miserable, dial 988.

Remember. Suicidal thoughts pass. Calling a hotline can help get you through a dismal day.  You can even text to hotline these days, at least in some countries. And you can often get an interpreter who speaks your language.

Feel better. Call a hotline.

P.S. Wikipedia has a list of suicide and crisis holiness in many countries: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_suicide_crisis_lines
